This adventure we traveled to the coastal town of Dollmyre, after hearing about a group of monks that had gone missing. they discover, after reaching the town, that a gang called The Masked Hand was behind this. Since the town is racist against anyone but humans, most of us had to hide our appearances. Our human rogue did most of the socializing, and with a few diplomatic bluffs, got us a meeting with a low-ranking masked hand member. We all hid at the meeting spot, and took the gangster by suprise, capturing him. We had allocated a vacant house for our use, and we brought him there, and interrogated him. He yielded, before he killed himself, much information, including that a prisoner in the town stockades named pete knew where the monks were taken, and where the masked hand operated. We proceeded from there to the masked hand base, and challenged the leader of the gang to a challenge: to join the gang we would fight him, and if we won, we controlled the gang. In the end, we prevailed, and decided to move on to break into the stockade, to save pete. We successfully rescued him, and from there we escaped into the forest, but masked hand thugs ambushed us, trying to stop pete from talking. We slew them, and pete told us that a fisherman on the outskirts of the village keeps the entrance to where the monks were taken. We promptly killed Pete, as he had caused us much pain and hardship, and set off to the fisherman’s house. The fisherman lead us down a trapdoor, and we made our way through underground corridors, that were located under the ocean itself. We fought through skeleton warriors and other creatures until we reached the final chamber, where a tiefling wizard had masterminded all the kidnappings. she had been turning the captured monks into her own minions, and we had to stop her. The battle was long, but we triumphed in the end, and made our way back to Dollmyre, where we currently reside.
